Another part of the problem I think is that we have so much stuff that's trying to be sold to us. Ipods, flatscreens and handbags are all sucking what little disposable income Gen Yers have. When our parents were our age they didn't have to pay for cable, internet and other somewhat newer expenses that are normal in todays world. I think you’re right.
